WEBSITE DESIGN / REAL ESTATE MARKETING

Realatte↗

A website that
helps win the room.

I designed Realatte’s website as the sole designer, working directly with the stakeholder to bring the experience to life. Today, it supports new enquiries—and the sales team uses it as its client presentation.

FROM FIRST IMPRESSION
TO SALES CONVERSATION
01 designer.
One connected
agency story.
The story behind the work ↓
01 / THE BRIEF

Make the website
work for the business.

The goal was to turn the agency’s capabilities into a compelling reason to start a conversation.

Realatte brings branding, influence, performance marketing and digital services together for real estate clients. The design needed to make that breadth understandable while giving each service room to show its value.

My focus was the path from interest to enquiry: a strong first impression, relevant work, useful detail and a clear way to reach the team.

02 / OWNERSHIP

One designer.
A direct line to the stakeholder.

01DESIGNER

I was the sole designer behind the website, coordinating directly with the stakeholder and shaping the complete design experience.

This meant taking responsibility for the overall story as well as the individual pages—bringing the business perspective into a coherent visual and interaction language.

03 / THE CONVERSION STORY

Give every visit
a reason to go further.

The design supports a sequence of decisions. Each layer helps a potential client understand the offer, assess the work and decide whether to talk to the team.

01

Get attention

A confident agency identity and a clear real estate focus.

↗
02

Build relevance

Dedicated service pages that match different client needs.

↗
03

Establish confidence

Project work, brand proof and performance evidence.

↗
04

Start a conversation

A calculator to frame the opportunity and clear contact routes.

↗

This is the design rationale behind the enquiry journey, not a measured attribution model.

04 / PAGE BY PAGE

Different pages.
Different reasons to engage.

HOME / DESIGN HIGHLIGHT

A story that moves from capability to confidence.

The homepage combines the marketing funnel, project work, an ROI calculator and brand proof. Different kinds of evidence help visitors assess the agency before starting a conversation.

05 / THE INTERACTIVE DIFFERENCE

From “what do you do?”
to “what could this mean for us?”

ROI CALCULATOR

A tool that gives the conversation context.

The homepage calculator lets visitors explore project inputs and indicative marketing outputs. It gives the agency’s performance offer a more tangible form than a service description alone.

INDICATIVE OUTPUTS

Estimated budget

For a prospect, this is a way to explore the opportunity. For a sales conversation, it creates a shared set of inputs to discuss.

The calculator presents estimates based on past experience. Its figures are not results of this website redesign.

06 / BEYOND THE BROWSER

The website became
the sales deck.

The sales team now uses the website to present Realatte to clients. The design is part of the conversation, not just the destination before it.

AN EXAMPLE PRESENTATION FLOW01

Homepage

Start with what Realatte brings together, then use the funnel narrative to frame the client’s marketing challenge.

Sales-team use is reported by me. The sequence above illustrates how the site can support a presentation; it is not a recorded sales script.

07 / VISUAL DIRECTION

Expressive enough to remember.
Structured enough to sell.

MidnightVioletElectric pink

A distinct agency presence.

Dark surfaces, purple and pink accents, prominent typography and visual work give the website its character. Across service pages, recurring navigation and content patterns keep that character connected to the business story.

08 / WHAT CHANGED

More conversations.
A stronger impression.
A tool the team uses.

01

A noticeable increase in enquiries

After the redesign, I observed a meaningful increase in incoming enquiries.

02

Positive client feedback

Clients have directly appreciated the website’s design and presentation.

03

Adopted by the sales team

The team uses the website as its presentation material when meeting clients.

Qualitative outcomes reported by me. No before-and-after analytics or conversion figures are available, so the lead increase is not quantified or attributed solely to the redesign.

THE TAKEAWAY

The strongest outcome?
The business kept using
the design.

Working directly with the stakeholder as the sole designer helped connect the website’s presentation to the business it needed to support. Its value now extends from first impressions to live client conversations.
